Sell Side: Listing Packages are available depending on the strategy you wish to engage for the sale of your subject property. Consult with me so that we can compare pricing and strategy options for your sale. My rebate to you is negotiable.
Buy Side: Touring Packages are available under the Services page. I don't charge for the first block of home previews where I have to make arrangements with various listing agents to show you properties. Home previews thereafter are $15/per property address, less if purchased in bulk.
We meet at the address and drive our own cars. I open the door and show you around. Property visit fees are waived if you sign a Buyer Representation Agreement Exclusive with me that stipulates the purchase price range and duration of our contract. My commission is paid by seller, and I offer a competitive rebate if you transact with me.
Note that signing an exclusive with me to buy, simply obligates me to find the property you have specified, and means you ultimately close escrow with me when I find you that property (instead of choosing someone else, after I do all the legwork and consulting). Using this agreement gives you maximum confidence that I ensure your deal closes satisfactorily.
Leases: Let me know your specific circumstances (criteria, budget, etc.) and we can get to work finding the right lease for you.
