We then make an appointment to meet at the subject property, for me to do a quick visual inspection, before I present my findings to you. This gives us a chance to make any adjustments and include special attributes that may have been missed (without previously seeing the interior of your home).
I will be able to identify on-site what aspects we can play up, as well as anything that needs an update before we get to the photography and marketing stage, which you can purchase from me in the "Basic" Marketing Package. For most homes, this is sufficient coverage to get the word out that your home is for sale.
In addition, Coldwell Banker has a vast network of Prospects searching for a home at any given time. These people will be contacted as soon as you sign a Residential Listing Agreement (Exclusive Authorization and Right to Sell) with me.
